Traffic build-up at an entrance
Vehicles dwell in the approach lane beyond the threshold during a shift change. A congestion alert is raised, and the pattern is reviewed to adjust gate staffing.
Capability
Monitor entrances, exits, parking, traffic flow, loading areas, and vehicle activity around facilities.

Overview
Vehicle Intelligence focuses Visrax detection and tracking on the vehicle side of a site: entrances and exits, parking areas, loading docks, internal roads and the yard. It describes vehicle movement as events — arrivals, departures, dwell and congestion — that operations and security teams can act on.
It works with the same cameras that already cover gates and yards, and feeds both live alerts and throughput analytics.
Gates, yards and docks are where time is lost. Vehicle events make that time visible.
What it does
Each part is configured around your cameras, zones and schedules — the same system, set up for the way your site runs.
Cars, vans, trucks and forklifts are tracked through camera views with paths, direction and dwell.
Counts and timing at gates and barriers, with alerts when queues form or throughput drops.
Occupancy of parking zones, dwell time and after-hours activity in car parks and staging areas.
Dock and bay occupancy, vehicle dwell and congestion alerts to keep dispatch moving.
In practice

Vehicles dwell in the approach lane beyond the threshold during a shift change. A congestion alert is raised, and the pattern is reviewed to adjust gate staffing.

A staff car park shows vehicle movement overnight. The after-hours rule raises an alert, and the clip is reviewed by security the next morning.

Dock occupancy and vehicle dwell are tracked by bay. Two bays account for most congestion alerts, which informs the dispatch schedule.
