01What should I include in a message about my site?
The number of locations, roughly how many cameras you have, how they connect (IP, NVR, encoder) and the two or three situations you most want to catch. That is enough for a useful first reply.
02Can I send camera details or footage?
Please do not send credentials or confidential footage through the public form. Once we are in contact we will agree a secure way to share sample footage for review.
03Do you offer support to existing customers through this form?
