Overview
Construction sites change every week, which makes fixed safety controls hard to maintain. Visrax uses site cameras to monitor PPE at entry points, exclusion zones around cranes, excavations and plant, equipment movement, and perimeter activity outside working hours.
Zones and rules are adjusted as the site evolves, and incident records support toolbox talks, client reporting and investigations.
A site that changes every week needs safety monitoring that can change with it.
What it does
Each part is configured around your cameras, zones and schedules — the same system, set up for the way your site runs.
Helmet and vest checks at turnstiles, gates and work zones, with alerts to the responsible supervisor.
Exclusion zones around cranes, lifts, excavations and plant, with presence and dwell rules that follow the daily plan.
Plant and vehicle paths on site roads and at crossings, with proximity alerts near pedestrian routes.
After-hours rules along hoarding, gates and compounds, with evidence attached to every alert.
In practice

A person is detected inside the compound at night. Security receives the alert and clip and attends the site, with the incident recorded for the client report.

The crane slewing zone is restricted during lifts. An entry raises a high-severity alert to the lift supervisor, who halts the lift until the area is clear.

A worker passes the entrance camera without a helmet. The gate supervisor is alerted and the issue is addressed before the worker reaches the work area.
