Overview

What facility intelligence does for your site.

Facility Intelligence is for workplace, facilities and property teams who need to understand how buildings are used and keep them safe outside hours: occupancy, visitor flow, restricted spaces and camera health, across one building or a portfolio.

It uses the cameras already installed in lobbies, floors, corridors and car parks and presents the results as reports and alerts that fit facilities workflows.

A building is a service. Facility Intelligence shows whether it is being delivered — and used.

What it does

Facility Intelligence, piece by piece.

Each part is configured around your cameras, zones and schedules — the same system, set up for the way your site runs.

  1. 01

    Occupancy analytics

Occupancy by floor and zone with trends and capacity alerts.

  2. 02

    Visitor flow

Queue and dwell through reception and shared areas.

  3. 03

    Restricted spaces

Plant rooms, secure floors and storage monitored for entry outside schedules.

  4. 04

    Camera health

Availability of the camera estate by building, with alerts for outages.

In practice

Situations your team will recognise.

01

Office occupancy

A monthly utilisation report shows a floor well below capacity. Desk allocation is consolidated and the result tracked in the same report.

02

Commercial building entrances

Visitor dwell at a multi-tenant lobby rises during the morning. A second check-in point is trialled and the dwell metric confirms shorter waits.

03

Campus common areas

Occupancy of a shared atrium approaches capacity during an event. Facilities receive an alert and manage entry before the limit is reached.

Questions

Facility Intelligence questions

Straight answers about how this is configured, what it needs and what it does not do.

01Which capabilities are included?
Occupancy analytics, zone monitoring, security monitoring for after-hours rules, multi-site monitoring and analytics.
02Can tenants and landlords share the system?
Yes. Permissions scope views by building, floor and role.
03Does it identify occupants?
No. It counts and tracks movement in zones to measure use of space, not to recognise individuals.
04Can reports be shared with space planners?
Yes. Occupancy and utilisation reports export to PDF and CSV and can be scheduled.
